We need your help on the ground-floor and help build the business and join a team of Licensed Insurance Agents. Our ideal candidate will have at least 2-years as an insurance agent. Allstate experience is a huge plus.

Responsibilities and Duties of an Insurance Producer
- Flexibility to work nights and Saturday's when the dealership is the busiest
- Meet and exceed established goals
- Prospecting and generating new business through leads and referrals
- Selling, quoting and writing P&C policies
- Cross-selling other Allstate products to existing customers
- Following up with existing and potential customers
- Reviewing coverage selections with customers as they may want to adjust their choices over time
- Ensuring that all policies are processed in accordance with Allstate's procedures and documents are retained as directed by Allstate
- Understand the product offering available through Allstate as well as relevant risk management policies and rules
- Assigning and carrying out production objectives within the insurance team
- Building and maintaining relationships with dealership employees and customers
- Maintaining a professional image through the proper appearance and actions
Qualifications and Skills of an Insurance Producer
- Experienced in challenging sales environment
- Open to flexible work schedule
- Allstate experience a real plus
- Organize and able to prioritize issues
- Results-oriented with an ability to overcome opposition to accomplish goals
- Strong people skills with an outgoing personality
- Excellent communication/interpersonal skills
- Prior sales experience
- P&C license required before official start date
