OverviewPosition OverviewJob Title: Automotive Interior Parts Development EngineerEmployment Type: Full-time / PermanentWork Location: Ciudad Juárez, Mexico (near the El Paso, Texas border) or Georgia/Alabama region, USAResponsibilitiesAnalyze customer (OEM/Tier 1) requirements and develop corresponding interior part designsInterpret technical drawings and specifications; prepare BOMsCoordinate prototype development and work closely with tooling/injection/machining processesReview development schedule and quality prior to mass productionCommunicate with customers and manage technical discussionsIdentify and implement solutions to address development issuesQualificationsMinimum 3 years of experience in automotive interior parts developmentExperience in customer communication and leading development projectsProficiency in reading and interpreting CAD drawings (Experience with CATIA, NX is a plus)Experience with quality documents (APQP, PPAP, etc.) is a plusWillingness to work overseas and ability to communicate in English preferredWork ConditionsWorking Hours: Monday to FridaySalary: Negotiable based on experience and qualificationsRequired DocumentsResume and Cover Letter (focus on relevant experience)Additional InformationVisa sponsorship and relocation support available for qualified candidates#J-18808-Ljbffr
