Automotive Inventory Clerk

LHH Recruitment is seeking a detail-oriented Automotive Inventory Clerk to join a team in North Phoenix! This role is ideal for someone with previous automotive industry experience and a solid understanding of accounting principles, including debits and credits. This role is fully onsite, Monday-Friday paying up to $23/hr

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate automotive inventory records and ensure inventory transactions are recorded correctly.
• Review and reconcile inventory records for accuracy and discrepancies.
• Process inventory-related paperwork and maintain organized documentation.
• Apply knowledge of debits and credits when reviewing and recording transactions.
• Assist with inventory reporting and data entry.
• Communicate with internal departments to resolve inventory discrepancies.
• Support daily administrative and inventory control activities as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in the automotive industry is required.
• Working knowledge of debits and credits is required.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with data entry and maintaining accurate records.
• Ability to identify discrepancies and resolve issues accurately.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work in a fully onsite environment.

Pay Details: $22.00 to $23.00 per hour
