    Position Summary

    The Lot Support Associate plays a key role in supporting both the Sales and Service Departments by maintaining lot organization, preparing vehicles, and ensuring daily operations run smoothly. This is a hands-on, fast-paced position that requires attention to detail, safe driving practices, and a strong work ethic.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Maintain a clean, organized, and professional dealership lot
    • Wash, detail, and prepare vehicles for display and customer delivery
    • Safely move vehicles throughout the lot, showroom, and service areas
    • Assist with vehicle inventory organization and lot placement
    • Ensure vehicles are fueled, charged (EVs), and ready for test drives
    • Support service department by transporting vehicles as needed
    • Monitor lot condition, signage, and overall presentation
    • Inspect vehicles for damage and report concerns promptly
    • Assist with general dealership operational needs

    Qualifications

    • Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
    • Ability to safely operate automatic and manual transmissions (preferred)
    • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
    • Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
    • Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs
    • Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented mindset
    • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
