    Description

    Join our dynamic automotive service team as a Lube Technician, where your skills will contribute to providing exceptional vehicle maintenance and customer satisfaction.     • Perform oil changes and lubrication services on a variety of vehicle makes and models
    • Inspect and replace other fluids, filters, and basic vehicle components as needed
    • Conduct visual inspections to identify potential issues and communicate findings to the service team
    • Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure safety and efficiency
    • Follow safety protocols and environmental regulations during all service procedures
    • Assist with additional maintenance tasks as directed by senior technicians or service managers

    Requirements

    • Prior experience as an automotive lube technician or in a similar automotive service role preferred
    • Knowledge of vehicle lubrication systems and basic automotive maintenance procedures
    • Ability to operate automotive tools and equipment safely and effectively
    • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work
    • Good communication skills and a customer-focused attitude
    • Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
    • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

    Work Environment & Physical Demands

    Duties are performed on the dealership premises, both indoors and outdoors and on customer test drives. Work includes frequent movement around the company facilities and the outdoor car lot to interact with customers and other departments. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear and is frequently required to stand, walk and sit. The position requires regular and predictable attendance. Scheduled shifts will include evening hours, weekends, and holidays.
