Horne Kia in Gilbert, AZ, is looking for experienced Automotive Mainline Technicians and Certified Kia Master Technicians to join our high-volume service department.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Diagnose and repair automotive mechanical and electrical concerns

• Perform maintenance, inspections, and repairs accurately and efficiently

• Diagnose drivability issues and complex mechanical or electrical problems

• Complete repair orders while maintaining quality and efficiency standards

• Work closely with Service Advisors and other technicians to maintain workflow

• Follow Kia repair procedures, technical guidelines, and safety standards

• Stay current with evolving automotive technology and manufacturer training

• Service hybrid and electric vehicle systems as qualified

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Required Qualifications:

• Professional automotive technician experience

• Mainline mechanical repair and diagnostic experience

• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

• Ability to work efficiently in a high-volume dealership environment

• Valid driver's license

• Dependable, professional, and team-oriented attitude

Highly Preferred:

• Kia Master Technician certification

• Kia manufacturer training and certifications

• Kia or Hyundai dealership experience

• ASE certifications

• Strong diagnostic and electrical repair capabilities

• Experience working in a flat-rate environment

• Proven productivity and quality workmanship
