Job Summary:
Join us in revolutionizing the online car buying experience as a Senior Content Designer for our innovative automotive marketplace. You will lead content strategy and design for complex, high-trust user journeys, ensuring a seamless and human-centered approach to car purchases. This role requires a deep understanding of UX writing, systems thinking, and collaborative product development to guide users through significant financial transactions.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead end-to-end content strategy and execution for vehicle purchasing experiences.
- Design clear, actionable, and human-centered content to simplify complex automotive transactions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to refine strategies and deliver user-centric solutions.
- Champion content standards and advocate for accessibility and inclusivity.
- Articulate content decisions with clear storytelling, linking narrative to business outcomes.
Must-Have Skills:- 8+ years of professional experience in content design or UX writing.
- Demonstrated ability in systems thinking and creating cohesive product narratives.
- Proficiency in Figma and other prototyping tools.
Industry Experience:
Ecommerce or Fintech/Regulated Industries experience is a major plus.
