Join us and become part of a friendly, knowledgeable team dedicated to excellence!All that you need is:Collision repair parts experience - warehouse, automotive dealership, or mechanical parts experience may also be acceptedFamiliarity with OEM, aftermarket and recycled automotive partsStrong attention to detail with the ability to identify incorrect or damaged partsFantastic organization and follow-through skills for effectively managing multiple repair orders and competing prioritiesStrong communication and vendor coordination skillsComfort using computers, email, and electronic tracking systemsAbility to show up on time and give your best every dayAbility to safely lift/move automotive parts and suppliesValid driver's licenseCCC ONE proficiency is also highly desired.WHAT CAN YOU EXPECT?Our Automotive Parts Coordinator works closely with our estimating, production, accounting, and technician teams to support efficient operations and ensure accuracy in all activities. This involves closely inspecting incoming material shipments, verifying information against repair orders, mirror-matching replacement parts, and identifying any defects, damages, or incorrect parts. You'll release the correct parts to production, help stage materials for upcoming jobs, and notify estimators or production teams about shortages, backorders, or damaged parts. As needed, you'll contact vendors about returns, make sure credits are properly applied, and work together to address shortages.You'll maintain accurate, up-to-date documentation of all repair/credit allowances, freight-damage claims, core returns, and other vital operational areas. As inventory levels drop, you'll proactively order more materials to prevent shortages and keep everything moving efficiently.
