Responsibilities:

• Assist customers in identifying and sourcing the correct automotive parts for their vehicles
• Process sales orders, quotes, and invoices accurately and efficiently
• Maintain and organize parts inventory, ensuring stock levels are up to date
• Build lasting customer relationships through exceptional service and parts expertise
• Research and cross-reference parts using catalogs, databases, and supplier resources
• Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to fulfill special orders and back-order requests
• Support the sales team with upselling and recommending related parts and accessories

Requirements:

• Prior experience in automotive parts sales, counter sales, or a related role preferred
• Strong knowledge of automotive systems, components, and parts terminology
• Proficiency with parts lookup software, catalogs, or inventory management systems
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a retail or warehouse environment
• High school diploma or equivalent required
