Automotive Quick Lane Service Technician

Capital Ford of Raleigh is looking for a motivated and dependable Quick Lane Technician to join our fast-paced service team! What You'll Be Doing

• Perform routine vehicle maintenance, including oil changes, tire rotations, and multi-point inspections
• Replace air filters, cabin filters, windshield wipers, and batteries 
• Check and maintain fluid levels 
• Mount, balance, and repair tires 
• Inspect brakes, belts, hoses. and other vehicle components 
• Recommend additional maintenance or repairs based on inspection findings 
• Maintain accurate repair orders and service documentation 
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe 
• Follow all dealership and manufacturer procedures 

What We're Looking For

• Previous automotive maintenance or Quick Lane experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate 
• Basic mechanical knowledge and a strong willingness to learn 
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record 
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
• Strong work ethic and positive attitude 
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods 
• Team player with excellent communication skills
