Sheehy Honda is seeking a friendly, professional, and customer-focused full-time Receptionist/Cashier to join our team. As the first point of contact for our dealership, you will play a key role in creating a positive first impression and delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Greet and receive prospects and customers
• Friendly, professional, courteous, and efficient when working with all customers and employees
• Calculates the customer's bill using the dealership's computer system.
• Receives cash, checks, and credit card payments from customers and records the amount received on the repair order
• Makes change accurately and issues receipts to customers
• Records totals of repair orders verify against all cash, checks, and credit card payments on hand at the end of the shift
• Refers customers who have additional questions to the service advisor or other appropriate staff member.
• Handles customer complaints with integrity and poise and refers the customer to the appropriate individual for further assistance.
• Assists with various clerical duties as needed

• High School Diploma or higher
• A professional appearance
• A clean driving record & valid driver's license
• Must be authorized to work in the USA
• Must be able to pass pre-employment testing to include background checks (MVR, drug test)
