Compensation That Rewards Performance

Our compensation plan is designed for people who want to grow financially as they grow professionally.

Monthly Salary Tiers Include:
• Entry Level – $4,000/month
• Professional Level – $5,000/month
• Executive Level – $6,500/month
• Master Level – $8,500/month

In addition to your monthly salary, you will also earn:

• Per-unit commission on vehicles sold
• Monthly performance bonuses
• Elite production accelerators
• Salesperson of the Month bonus opportunities
• Annual elite performance bonuses for top producers

What You’ll Do

As a Sales Consultant, you will create exceptional customer experiences while helping customers find the right vehicle for their needs.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Greeting customers and creating a welcoming first impression
• Responding quickly to internet, phone, and digital inquiries
• Building relationships and identifying customer needs
• Presenting vehicles and conducting professional test drives
• Following the Walt Massey sales process from start to finish
• Managing customer communication through phone, text, email, and video
• Maintaining customer records and follow-up activity in CRM systems
• Following up with customers to create repeat and referral business
• Building your personal brand using social media and digital marketing
• Asking for customer reviews and referrals after delivery
• Participating in ongoing sales training and coaching
• Maintaining a professional attitude and appearance each day
