Automotive Sales Associate

Job Summary:The Automotive Sales Associate at Tom Naquin Auto Family is responsible for generating sales and providing exceptional customer service to our clients. As a crucial member of the sales team, you will help customers find and purchase their dream vehicles while maintaining a positive and professional attitude.Compensation & Benefits:This is a full-time, salary position with a competitive compensation package. The range for this position is from $45,000 to $90,000 per year, dependent on experience and performance. Other benefits include a comprehensive healthcare plan, paid time off, and opportunities for career advancement within the company.Responsibilities:- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner- Conduct vehicle presentations and demonstrations to potential buyers- Maintain knowledge of current inventory and pricing, as well as financing options and incentives- Proactively reach out to potential customers through lead generation and follow-up techniques- Close sales by understanding the customers' needs and providing appropriate recommendations- Build and maintain relationships with clients to ensure return business- Stay current on automotive industry trends and new vehicle features- Attend and participate in sales meetings and trainings to continuously improve sales techniques and knowledge- Handle all necessary paperwork and documentation accurately and efficiently- Follow up with customers after the sale to ensure satisfaction and address any concernsRequirements:- High school diploma or equivalent, higher education preferred- At least 1-2 years of experience in automotive sales or a related field- Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills- Ability to work well in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills- Proficient in basic computer skills and technology, including CRM systems- Valid driver's license and a clean driving recordEEOC Statement:Tom Naquin Auto Family is an equal employment opportunity employer.
