What You’ll Do

• Assist customers through the vehicle purchase and lease process
• Build relationships and provide exceptional customer service
• Help customers find the right vehicle for their needs and budget
• Demonstrate vehicle features, technology, and benefits
• Follow up with prospective customers and maintain relationships
• Generate repeat and referral business
• Utilize dealership tools and CRM systems to manage customer interactions
• Meet and exceed individual sales goals
• Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction
• Stay knowledgeable on vehicle inventory and manufacturer programs
• Work closely with management and team members to achieve dealership goals
