WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Build relationships with customers and create an exceptional buying experience

• Help customers explore new and pre-owned vehicles to find the right fit for their needs

• Learn vehicle features, technology, options, and available programs

• Respond to inquiries, follow up with prospective buyers, and develop sales opportunities

• Generate leads through phone calls, customer outreach, and consistent follow-up

• Maintain an attractive showroom and professional vehicle displays

• Work toward individual and dealership sales goals

• Deliver outstanding customer service from the first interaction through the final sale

WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR

• At least one year of sales experience is required

• Automotive sales experience is preferred, but absolutely not required

• Sales experience in any industry is welcome, including retail, hospitality, electronics, furniture, telecommunications, insurance, real estate, and other customer-facing fields

• Outgoing personality and the ability to build rapport with different types of customers

• Strong communication, relationship-building, and customer service skills

• Competitive, motivated, goal-oriented, and eager to learn

• Coachable, dependable, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment

• Valid U.S. driver's license and relatively clean driving record

• Must have or obtain the required sales license

• Available to work full-time, including weekends

• Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus, but not required
