What You’ll Do

You will guide customers through the vehicle purchasing process while helping deliver a professional, relationship-focused dealership experience.


Responsibilities Include:

  • Guide customers through the vehicle purchasing process with professionalism and confidence
  • Build strong customer relationships through communication, trust, and follow-up
  • Learn and present vehicle features, financing options, and dealership services
  • Maintain consistent communication with leads, appointments, and showroom traffic
  • Deliver a high-quality customer experience from introduction through delivery
  • Collaborate with sales leadership and team members to support dealership goals
  • Participate in ongoing sales and manufacturer training programs
  • Consistently work toward individual and team performance goals
  • Maintain organized CRM activity and customer communication records
  • Represent the dealership professionally throughout the customer experience

Compensation & Opportunity

Compensation structure includes training pay, commission opportunities, and performance incentives.
