Genesis Auto Sales Consultant
Location: Marlow Heights, Md
 Employment Type: Full‑Time
 Compensation: Uncapped Commission 60k + (Top performers $100k++)

With a manufacturer goal of 22 different models on hand to sell by 2030 as well as MAGMA, Genesis’s own high revving, high performance, racing division!  We’re expanding our sales team and looking for a polished, motivated professional who can deliver a premium buying experience worthy of the Genesis name.
Your Role

• Provide a concierge‑level sales experience to every guest
• Guide customers through vehicle selection, test drives, and purchase decisions
• Maintain expert knowledge of the Genesis lineup, features, and competitive advantages
• Manage leads through CRM, phone, text, and showroom traffic
• Present pricing, structure deals, and collaborate with management to close sales
• Build long‑term client relationships and generate referrals
• Represent the Genesis brand with professionalism and confidence

What You Bring

• Sales experience required (automotive or luxury retail preferred)
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• High energy, self‑motivation, and a competitive mindset
• Ability to work weekends and peak dealership hours
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
