Position Overview:

As a Sales Manager at City CDJRF of Brookfield, the expectation is to, first and foremost, provide a safe and comfortable work environment. If we can’t do that, we have no business being in business.  Second, you are expected to draw traffic to the store. This is done through properly handling leads, calls, emails and any communication with our customers. Third, production matters…it really matters.  We are a highly competitive group with an expectation of winning. We believe winning begins with extreme product knowledge, looking the part, an enthusiasm for the product, and most importantly, the ability to provide a completely unique experience.

What You'll Do

• Lead, coach, and develop the sales team
• Set daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals
• Monitor performance and hold the team accountable
• Work directly with customers to ensure an exceptional experience
• Recruit and help develop top sales talent
• Lead by example with professionalism, energy, and a strong work ethic
