    WHAT YOU'LL DO
    As our Automotive Sales Manager, you'll help lead the sales operation, strengthen the customer experience, and drive profitable growth.
    • Lead, coach, and motivate Sales Consultants to achieve and exceed sales goals.
    • Drive new and pre-owned vehicle sales while maximizing dealership profitability.
    • Monitor sales performance, closing ratios, gross profit, lead conversion, and other key performance indicators.
    • Work the floor alongside your team, helping with customer presentations, negotiations, and closing deals.
    • Manage internet leads, showroom traffic, follow-up activities, and the overall sales pipeline.
    • Develop effective sales strategies to increase volume, improve performance, and deliver results.
    • Recruit, train, and develop sales talent while promoting accountability and teamwork.
    • Partner with dealership leadership to meet sales objectives and improve overall performance.
    • Ensure a professional, customer-focused sales process and compliance with dealership policies and applicable regulations.
     
    WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
    • We're looking for a leader who brings experience, energy, and a competitive edge.
    • Previous automotive dealership sales management experience strongly preferred.
    • A proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving profitability.
    • Strong leadership, coaching, negotiation, and closing skills.
    • Understanding of dealership operations, inventory, gross profit, and sales KPIs.
    • The ability to motivate a team, hold people accountable, and lead by example.
    • Excellent communication and customer relationship skills.
    • A strong work ethic, positive attitude, and passion for winning.
