About the Position


INFINITI of Novi is seeking an experienced automotive sales professional to sell new INFINITI and pre-owned vehicles. The ideal candidate has a proven sales record, strong closing skills, and a commitment to providing an exceptional customer experience.


Compensation


Earn hourly pay plus commissions on sold vehicles and additional product bonuses under our six-month pay plan:


Responsibilities

• Assist customers with selecting and purchasing new and pre-owned vehicles.
  
  
• Conduct vehicle presentations, demonstrations, and test drives.
  
  
• Manage showroom customers, internet leads, and phone inquiries.
  
  
• Follow up consistently with prospects and previous customers.
  
  
• Maintain accurate customer records in the dealership CRM.
  
  
• Work with sales management and finance to complete transactions.
  
  
• Meet dealership sales and customer satisfaction goals.
  
  
• Build repeat and referral business.
  
  
• Stay knowledgeable about inventory, vehicle features, and available programs.
  
  

Qualifications

• Proven automotive dealership sales experience required.
  
  
• Luxury automotive or INFINITI experience preferred.
  
  
• Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
  
  
• Ability to manage leads and maintain consistent customer follow-up.
  
  
• Dealership CRM experience required; Tekion familiarity preferred.
  
  
• Professional, dependable, and customer-focused.
  
  
• Valid driver’s license and ability to meet dealership driving requirements.
