RESPONSIBILITIES
- Engage with customers to understand their automotive needs and preferences.
- Present and explain vehicle features, benefits, and financing options.
- Guide customers through the sales process, from initial inquiry to final purchase.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat and referral business.
- Work closely with the finance, service, and management teams to ensure a smooth transaction process.
- Meet or exceed individual and team sales targets and goals.
- Stay knowledgeable about current automotive trends, new products, and competitive vehicles.
REQUIREMENTS
- Previous experience in automotive sales or a related customer service position preferred.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build rapport quickly with diverse customers.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
- Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
