McGrath City Honda is seeking a motivated and high-performing Service Advisor to join our fast-paced service team. This role is ideal for someone with strong sales ability, a customer-first mindset, and the drive to succeed in a busy dealership environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet customers promptly and professionally, ensuring a positive service experience from start to finish
- Effectively recommend and sell service and maintenance needs based on vehicle inspections
- Maintain strong Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) scores while achieving sales goals
- Communicate clearly with customers regarding service recommendations, timelines, and costs
- Coordinate with technicians and service staff to ensure efficient workflow
- Handle a high volume of customers while maintaining attention to detail and organization
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and build long-term relationships
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Service Advisor or in a similar automotive service/sales role
- Strong sales background with the ability to meet and exceed performance goals
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on delivering high CSI results
- Ability to multitask and perform well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Team-oriented with a strong work ethic and positive attitude
