Automotive Service Advisor

We're looking for someone who genuinely enjoys helping people and can keep things moving in a busy shop.

THIS POSITION IS ONLY OPEN TO EXPERIENCED CANDIDATES WITH AUTOMOTIVE SERVICE WRITER/ADVISOR EXPERIENCE.

Your main job is taking care of customers, building trust, and turning inspections into approved work. Our technicians write the repair recommendations and quotes. Your job is to explain them clearly, answer questions, and help customers make the best decision for their vehicle.

You'll be the bridge between our customers and technicians, so communication and a positive attitude matter. We want someone who can smile, stay organized under pressure, and treat every customer like they'd want their own family treated.

Pay includes commission, so the better you serve customers and the better you sell, the more you make.
