    Responsibilities

    • Greet customers promptly and professionally
    • Gather customer and vehicle information
    • Accurately document vehicle symptoms as described by the customer
    • Recommend maintenance based on vehicle age, mileage, and service history
    • Prepare clear and accurate repair estimates
    • Establish follow-up times and maintain active communication with customers
    • Monitor vehicle progress throughout the day and provide timely updates
    • Ensure final invoices match completed repair order work
    • Explain all repairs, services, and charges to customers

    Requirements

    • Minimum 3 years of experience in a service department
    • Previous Ford dealership experience is a plus
    • Strong automotive knowledge and problem-solving ability
    • Proven track record of exceptional customer service
    • Experience as a Service Advisor, Assistant Lane Manager, or Service Consultant
    • Energetic, positive, and professional attitude
    • Commitment to a long-term career with a growing organization
    • Strong computer skills and willingness to learn new systems
    • Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
    • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
    • High school diploma or equivalent
    • Ability to pass background and drug screening
