Group 1 Automotive is looking for a motivated and customer-focused Automotive Service Advisor to join our growing team. Responsibilities

• Schedule and confirm appointments to ensure smooth customer experience
• Create transparent repair orders with accurate cost and time estimates
• Communicate with technicians and parts team to guarantee timely service completion
• Provide regular updates to customers on the status of their vehicle
• Maintain strong product knowledge to assist with service needs and warranty information

Qualifications

• 1+ years of Automotive dealership Service Advisor experience is required.
• Interpersonal Communication skills
• Strong desire to provide an exceptional client experience
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Must have a Valid Driver's License.
