Responsibilities:

• Greet customers and conduct thorough vehicle write-ups to assess service needs and concerns
• Communicate repair recommendations, service timelines, and cost estimates clearly to customers
• Coordinate with service technicians to prioritize and schedule repair orders efficiently
• Provide status updates to customers throughout the repair and maintenance process
• Upsell recommended maintenance services and manufacturer-suggested repairs
• Process invoices, handle customer payments, and close repair orders accurately
• Resolve customer concerns and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Service Advisor or in an automotive customer-facing role preferred
• Strong knowledge of automotive repair, maintenance services, and vehicle systems
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
• Ability to multitask and manage a high volume of service appointments in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency with dealer management software (DMS) is a plus
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record required
• Detail-oriented, organized, and a team-first attitude
