As a Service Advisor, you will own the customer experience in the service lane and are the first point of contact for the client as it relates to their vehicle status, repairs and diagnostics. Well-versed in product offerings, inventory needs, technician scheduling and customer service. 

Responsibilities:

• Greet customers promptly and professionally upon arrival.
• Listen carefully to customer concerns and accurately document the issues.
• Schedule vehicle service appointments and coordinate with technicians.
• Provide detailed explanations of recommended services and associated costs to customers.
• Maintain clear and timely communication between customers and the service department.
• Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing questions and resolving service-related issues.
• Maintain records of services and repairs performed on each vehicle.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a Service Advisor or in a customer service role within the automotive industry preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
• Detail-oriented with good organizational skills.
• Proficient with computers and service management software.
• Clean driving record
