Are you a people person who enjoys helping customers, building relationships, and working in a fast-paced automotive environment? Low Country Volkswagen is looking for a motivated, customer-focused Service Advisor to join our growing team!

Automotive service experience is preferred, but we’re looking for the right person with a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and a drive to succeed.

What You'll Do:

As a Service Advisor, you'll serve as the key connection between our customers and our service department.

• Welcome customers and help identify their vehicle service needs
• Communicate recommended repairs, maintenance, and service timelines
• Prepare repair orders and explain estimates clearly
• Keep customers informed throughout the repair process
• Coordinate with technicians and service team members
• Recommend appropriate maintenance and repairs while delivering an outstanding customer experience
• Help achieve customer satisfaction and service department performance goals

What We're Looking For:

• Automotive service advising experience preferred
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Professional, positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Organized, dependable, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to build trust with customers and work effectively with a team
