We are looking for a Service Advisor to join our team! The right candidate will have automotive service advisor experience and a valid driver's license. The day-to-day duties of this role include meeting with customers and determining their needs, providing excellent customer service, and overseeing quality control.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of one year Service Advisor experience within the automobile industry

  • Demonstrated customer service and problem-solving skills

  • Demonstrated organizational skills

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

  • Ability to read and speak English

  • Demonstrated desire to learn and grow

  • Service Advising: 1 year (Required)

Responsibilities

  • Builds strong relationships with customers and team members

  • Prepares repair orders and ensures timely, accurate service updates

  • Provides honest and accurate cost and time estimates

  • Recommends additional services with integrity and transparency

  • Follows up to ensure high customer satisfaction

  • Maintains strong CSI scores and meets performance benchmarks

  • Strives for continuous improvement within a competitive pay structure
