Compensation: $6,000 – $10,000/month (based on performance)

Ford experience is a plus — but strong dealership experience is a must.
What You’ll Do
- Greet customers and deliver a high-level service experience from start to finish
- Listen to concerns and clearly explain recommended services and repairs
- Build accurate repair orders and provide transparent estimates
- Manage workflow to ensure timely completion of repairs
- Communicate updates and maintain strong customer relationships
- Educate customers on vehicle needs and maintenance
- Maintain detailed, accurate records
- Drive customer satisfaction and high NPS scores
What We’re Looking For
- 2–4+ years of Service Advisor experience (dealership preferred)
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Solid understanding of automotive systems and repair processes
- Results-driven mindset with a focus on customer satisfaction
