What You'll Do
- Point of Contact - Connection between customers and technicians.
- Advising - Build trust by advising customers on vehicle service and maintenance.
- Scheduling - Manage appointments and document vehicle concerns.
- Communication - Resolve customer questions and concerns professionally.
- Documentation - Maintain accurate service records.
What We're Looking For
- Skills - Great communication! Organized. Problem-solver. Commonsense. Positive mindset. Driven. Mechanical understanding. Upbeat attitude!
- Technology - Strong comfort with using computer systems.
- Driving Record – Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Education – High school diploma or equivalent.
- Availability – Ability to work Saturdays.
