Hiring: Automotive Service Advisor

What You'll Do

• Welcome customers and identify their vehicle service needs.
• Listen to customer concerns and recommend appropriate services.
• Conduct vehicle walk-arounds and offer multi-point inspections.
• Explain recommended repairs, pricing, and expected completion times.
• Prepare accurate repair orders and estimates in ADP.
• Obtain customer approval for maintenance and repair recommendations.
• Coordinate repair orders and communicate with service technicians.
• Keep customers informed throughout the repair process.
• Review inspection results and additional service recommendations with customers.
• Process payments and review completed work at vehicle delivery.
• Build customer relationships through clear communication.
• Follow dealership service, customer contact, and delivery processes.

What You'll Bring

• Comfortable using computers and learning dealership systems.
• 1+ Years of automotive experience
• Ability to accurately enter repair orders and customer information.
• Basic math skills for reviewing costs and processing payments.
• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.
