Description of the role:
 

Working as a Service Advisor at Peter Boulware Toyota of Columbia, you will be the first point of contact for customers bringing their vehicles in for service.

You will listen to their concerns, assess the vehicle's needs, and communicate this information to the service team.

 

Responsibilities:
  • Greet customers and assess their service needs 
  • Provide accurate estimates and repair timelines

  • Schedule appointments and follow up with customers

Requirements:
