We are currently seeking a reliable, customer-focused Automotive Service BDC Representative to join our award-winning Service Department. This is a great opportunity to build a long-term career with a trusted brand and a supportive team.

Position Overview:As a Service BDC Representative, you’ll be the friendly voice behind our service department—answering calls, scheduling appointments, and assisting customers with service inquiries. You will play a key role in maintaining our outstanding customer satisfaction and ensuring a smooth and efficient service experience for every Subaru owner who contacts us.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound calls and respond to customer inquiries in a timely, friendly manner

• Schedule service appointments using Subaru’s dealer management systems

• Confirm upcoming appointments and follow ups

• Collaborate with service advisors, parts and managers to coordinate customer visits efficiently

• Educate customers about recommended maintenance

• Keep accurate records of customer communications and service interactions

• Help maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and NPS scores

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a BDC, dealership, or customer service role preferred

• Familiarity with automotive service or Subaru vehicles is a plus

• Excellent phone and communication skills

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office is a plus

• High school diploma or equivalent required
