The Role

As an Automotive Service Business Development Representative, you'll be the voice of our Service Department and a key contributor to the customer experience. From helping customers schedule service appointments to following up after repairs and reconnecting with missed opportunities, you'll create meaningful touchpoints that strengthen customer loyalty and keep our service lane moving efficiently. What You'll Own

• Be the voice of our Service Department and create exceptional customer experiences.
• Schedule appointments, respond to customer inquiries, and keep communication flowing.
• Proactively reach out to customers to schedule and confirm service appointments.
• Follow up with customers before and after service visits to build lasting relationships.
• Support the Warranty Administrator and assist with service-related administrative projects.
• Help drive customer satisfaction, customer retention, and long-term loyalty by supporting the Service Team in delivering exceptional service and exceeding customer expectations.

What We're Looking For

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Self-motivated, dependable, and organized.
• Ability to multitask and stay composed in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable working with computers, Microsoft Office programs, and learning new software systems.
• Experience with multi-line phone systems preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and follow-through.
• Valid driver's license with a safe driving record.
• Ability to successfully pass required background screening, MVR review, credit check, and drug testing requirements.
