Milea Auto Group is currently seeking a Service Manager to join our team in the Bronx, NY.

Responsibilities:

- Oversee the daily operations of the service department

- Manage a team of service technicians and customer service representatives

- Ensure high-quality service and customer satisfaction

- Develop and implement service policies and procedures

Requirements:

- Previous experience in automotive service management

- Strong leadership and communication skills

- Knowledge of automotive systems and technologies

- Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities
