New Bern Auto Group is seeking an experienced leader for our Service Manager Position. This is a great position for an an experienced Service Advisor, Shop Foreman, Shop Dispatcher or experienced Service Manager.

Responsibilities
- Assist customers in servicing, repairing and explaining each service need.
- Communication with customers, employees, coworkers and vendors
- Understanding customers' requirements and concerns; matching requirements and concerns to various service options.
- Managing shop Flow and keeps the shop productive
- Productivity Reporting
- Keeps abreast of new products, features, accessories and attend product training as required.
- Hiring and supervising all service department personnel, as well as monitoring their performance in servicing customers.
- Creating & achieving goals, for Effective Labor Rate, ASR percentages, Hours Per RO, Xtime Utilization, etc.
- Must have warranty work completed, submitted & paid in a timely manner.
- Maintaining a high Customer Service Index (CSI) rating by handling customer complaints immediately and appropriately.
Qualifications
- A minimum of 2 years of experience as a Service Manager is required or 5 years as a Service Advisor
- Strong focus on providing excellent customer service
- Driver's License
