As an Automotive Technician, you will play a key role in delivering quality repairs and maintaining customer confidence through expert service.
Diagnose and repair automotive systems accurately and efficiently
Perform routine maintenance services including oil changes, tire rotations, fluid services, and inspections
Complete advanced repairs involving brakes, suspension, steering, engines, transmissions, drivability, and electrical systems
Utilize advanced diagnostic equipment to identify and resolve mechanical and electrical concerns
Document repair procedures and service recommendations according to dealership and manufacturer standards
Communicate repair needs and vehicle conditions clearly with service advisors
Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area
Stay current on emerging automotive technologies and manufacturer updates
Minimum 2–3 years of experience as an Automotive Technician
Strong mechanical aptitude and diagnostic abilities
Experience using automotive diagnostic tools and repair equipment
Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced service environment
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record
Basic technician tools required (specialized dealership equipment provided)
Ford Master Certification strongly preferred
Ford manufacturer certifications highly valued
Previous dealership or high-volume service center experience
Experience servicing hybrid and electric vehicles is a plus
ASE Certifications preferred but not required
