Qualified technicians are eligible for a $5,000 sign-on bonus:

• $2,500 paid upon hire

• Have at least 80% of their GM training completed

Your Role as a Service Technician

As a Service Technician, you'll play a critical role in diagnosing, maintaining, and repairing vehicles while delivering the quality workmanship our customers expect.

Responsibilities include:

• Diagnose vehicle concerns quickly and accurately

• Perform maintenance and repairs according to manufacturer standards

• Complete brake, suspension, engine, transmission, electrical, and drivability repairs

• Perform inspections and road tests

• Utilize manufacturer diagnostic equipment and repair systems

• Complete warranty repairs according to GM specifications

• Communicate repair recommendations with Service Advisors

• Maintain accurate repair orders and documentation

• Follow all dealership safety procedures

• Maintain a clean and organized work area

What We're Looking For

We're seeking technicians who take pride in their work and are committed to delivering exceptional service.

Qualified candidates should have:

• Minimum of 2–3 years of automotive repair experience

• Previous dealership experience preferred

• GM Certification or GM Master Certification strongly preferred

• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills

• Mechanical expertise across major vehicle systems

• Experience using advanced diagnostic software

• Strong communication and teamwork skills

• Positive attitude and professional work ethic

• Valid Driver's License with an acceptable driving record

• Personal automotive tools

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous Chevrolet or GM dealership experience

• Current ASE Certifications

• Hybrid and Electric Vehicle Certification or experience
