Thornton Chevrolet is looking for a dependable, detail-oriented Automotive Service Technician who takes pride in quality workmanship. As a family-owned dealership, we believe in providing our technicians with the equipment, support, and opportunities they need to succeed while building a strong service team.
This position primarily involves thorough used-vehicle inspections, along with general automotive maintenance, mechanical repairs, and customer-pay service work.

What We're Looking For:
- Previous automotive repair experience with the ability to perform inspections and common mechanical repairs independently.
- Thorough, organized, and dependable with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to identify mechanical, maintenance, and safety concerns during vehicle inspections.
- Experience with brakes, steering, suspension, and general automotive repairs.
- Basic diagnostic and electrical troubleshooting abilities.
- Ability to stay focused, follow established procedures, and complete assigned work accurately.
- GM experience and ASE certifications preferred but not required.
- Valid driver's license.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Competitive hourly compensation based on experience.

- Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM–5:00 PM, with one Saturday per month, 7:00 AM–12:00 PM.
