Automotive Service Technician

Pioneer Ford Sales, Limited is hiring a skilled Automotive Service Technician to join our growing service team in Platteville, WI. This position is ideal for a B-Level Technician with experience in diagnostics, electrical systems, and engine repair who is looking for a stable, Monday–Friday schedule at a family-owned Ford dealership.

As an Automotive Service Technician, you will diagnose, repair, and maintain customer vehicles while delivering high-quality workmanship and excellent customer service.

Responsibilities:

• Perform routine automotive maintenance and repair services

• Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and engine-related issues

• Test-drive vehicles and evaluate vehicle systems and components

• Use diagnostic scan tools and special service equipment to identify concerns

• Complete all repairs accurately, efficiently, and according to dealership standards

• Communicate repair findings and recommendations clearly

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Automotive technology certification preferred

• 2+ years of experience as an Automotive or Service Technician preferred

• B-Level Technician skills, including diagnostics, electrical systems, and engine repair

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship

• Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment
