The Automotive Technician / Automotive Mechanic will be responsible for performing maintenance and repair work primarily on passenger cars and light trucks. Working as part of a small team, the technician will use a variety of tools and advanced diagnostic software to ensure vehicles operate safely and efficiently. Occasional travel may be required for on-site repairs, and effective communication with customers is key to providing exceptional service.
Responsibilities:
Perform vehicle diagnostics using standard workshop tools and advanced diagnostic software.
Inspect and repair brake systems to ensure vehicle safety.
Conduct preventive maintenance to avoid future breakdowns.
Communicate clearly with customers regarding vehicle issues and repair progress.
Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition.
Replace parts as needed, ensuring quality and compatibility.
Conduct test drives to verify successful repairs.
Occasionally travel to perform on-site repairs.
Required Qualifications:
