Technicians are responsible for diagnosing, maintaining, and repairing Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, and Ram vehicles while delivering exceptional customer service and quality workmanship. Responsibilities
- Perform diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs on customer vehicles.
- Inspect vehicles and identify mechanical, electrical, and drivability concerns.
- Complete repair orders accurately and efficiently.
- Utilize dealership diagnostic equipment and manufacturer repair procedures.
- Communicate findings and recommendations clearly with service advisors.
- Maintain productivity, quality, and safety standards.
- Keep work areas clean, organized, and compliant with dealership policies.
- Deliver exceptional customer experiences through quality repairs and professionalism.
Qualifications
- 1+ years of automotive technician experience preferred; mainline technician experience highly desired.
- Strong diagnostic and repair skills across automotive systems.
- Basic computer and diagnostic software proficiency.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to quality workmanship.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Valid driver''s license with an acceptable driving record.
- Ability to supply and maintain personal tools appropriate to experience level.
- Ability to meet productivity and performance goals
