Compensation: $45,000 to $60,000+ annually based on experience ($21-$29/hr) + performance bonuses

What You’ll Do

• Perform maintenance and mechanical repairs on Asian and domestic vehicles
• Complete work efficiently while maintaining high quality standards
• Follow digital vehicle inspection (DVI) processes
• Communicate clearly with service advisors regarding vehicle needs
• Keep work area clean and organized
• Contribute to a smooth and productive shop workflow

What We’re Looking For

• 2+ years of automotive technician experience preferred
• Strong mechanical and maintenance skill set
• ASE certifications preferred (reimbursement available)
• Ability to stay efficient and productive throughout the day
• Comfortable using digital systems and inspections
• Team player with a positive attitude
• Willingness to learn and grow
