Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs on Ford vehicles
• Accurately diagnose mechanical and electrical concerns
• Complete repairs efficiently and according to manufacturer specifications
• Perform inspections and recommend necessary repairs
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Communicate effectively with service advisors and fellow technicians
• Follow dealership and manufacturer safety procedures
• Maintain a high standard of quality and customer satisfaction

Qualifications

• Previous automotive technician experience preferred
• Strong diagnostic and mechanical skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Professional attitude and strong work ethic
• Reliable and dependable
• Commitment to quality workmanship
• Ford experience and/or certifications are a plus, but motivated technicians are encouraged to apply
