Express Auto Service is hiring an Automotive Technician for our Fredericksburg shop. This role is ideal for a technician with strong general repair and diagnostic capability who wants consistent work, steady hours, and a supportive team environment.
You will work on a wide range of domestic and import vehicles performing maintenance, diagnostics, and mechanical repairs in a high-volume, fast-moving shop.
Compensation & Benefits
- $55,000–$100,000 annually (based on experience and productivity)

- Monday–Friday schedule (no weekends)
Responsibilities
- Perform inspections, maintenance, and general automotive repairs
- Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues using scan tools and diagnostic equipment
- Complete repairs accurately and efficiently in a production environment
- Communicate findings clearly with service advisors and team members
- Maintain clean, safe, and organized work areas
Qualifications
- 3–6+ years of automotive technician or mechanic experience
- Strong diagnostic and general repair skills
- ASE certifications preferred but not required
- Ability to work in a fast-paced shop environment
- Dependable, detail-oriented, and team-oriented
