Automotive Technician / Diagnostic Specialist Wanted
Location: Indianapolis

Are you a skilled automotive technician who takes pride in your work and thrives on solving complex problems? We’re looking for a top-level diagnostic technician who specializes in electrical systems and can confidently tackle today’s advanced vehicles.
What You’ll Do:
- Perform accurate diagnostics on a wide range of vehicles
- Troubleshoot electrical systems, drivability concerns, and intermittent issues
- Complete high-quality repairs efficiently and correctly the first time
- Communicate clearly with service advisors about needed repairs
- Maintain a clean, organized workspace and follow best practices
易 What We’re Looking For:
- Strong diagnostic skills (not just a parts changer)
- Advanced knowledge of electrical systems and scan tools
- Ability to think critically and solve complex problems
- Pride in workmanship and attention to detail
- Positive attitude and team-first mindset
- 5+ years experience preferred (but talent matters most)
- ASE certifications are a plus
