We are an independently owned repair facility, in business for over 20 years with an amazing reputation and are hiring immediately for well qualified technicians. We have an extremely low automotive technician turnover rate. In fact, we have technicians that have been with us over 10 years. This is a high-quality shop and the work we produce is the same. We are an easy going but professional organization. We work on all makes and all models of passenger cars and trucks, we also service several fleets of light and medium duty trucks.
We have eliminated the “flat rate” pay structure for our top level technicians and replaced with a more favorable pay system. No more fighting with service advisers to get an extra 2 tenths for a job. It also eliminates the peaks and valleys of big and then small paychecks. If you are a quality high producer, we have compensation plans available for you that matches your skill set.
We know how frustrating it can be to put a lot of effort into diagnosing and inspecting a vehicle then lose it to a weak salesperson. Our management team and service consultants spend the time and effort to ensure your inspection efforts are rewarded. We have even streamlined the inspection process too, so you spend less time inspecting and more time earning.
We are open Monday through Thursday 7:00am to 6:30pm shop, so no weekends or Fridays! Health Care, Retirement, paid vacation and our smiling faces to look at every day.
Job Duties:
- Perform routine automotive maintenance tasks, including oil changes, tire rotations, transmission flushes, air conditioner re-charges, front-end alignments, battery installations and headlight/taillight installations.
- Maintain a working knowledge of current industry best practices in automotive repair.
- Conduct extensive diagnostic procedures to determine the sources of customers' problems and provide accurate repair recommendations.
- Inspect vehicles according to the state's requirements for emissions and safety.
- Conduct necessary repairs and take vehicles for test drives to verify soundness.
- Clean and maintain the work environment to ensure equipment longevity and workplace safety.
