• Two (2) current State of Michigan Mechanic Certifications; three (3) or more certifications preferred.
• Valid driver’s license with a satisfactory driving record that meets Company insurance requirements for operating Company vehicles.
• Current or previous automotive technician or mechanic experience in the areas for which certifications are held; heavy experience is preferred.
• Full-time availability and flexible to work overtime as needed. The current schedule for this position is Monday through Friday from 7am to 5pm (usually out early on Fridays). 
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Ability to lift up to 60 pounds and perform physical job duties requiring manual dexterity, flexibility, bending, twisting, and prolonged standing.
• Adequate near vision and hearing ability to safely perform job responsibilities.
• ASE certifications are preferred.
• Ability to meet established shop productivity standards.
• Follow safety protocols and training requirements. 
• Ability to work independently while also contributing effectively as part of a team.
