A PAY PLAN BUILT FOR TECHNICIANS

• $25–$45/HR Flat Rate + Bonuses
• Warranty jobs are paid based on ALLDATA labor times — not reduced manufacturer warranty times.  We believe if you're doing the work, you deserve to be paid fairly for it.
